Apartment description
The Karma Apartment 1.3 is located on the first floor in an early 20th century building with elevator. The apartment overlooks the inner court yard of the building therefore it is isolated from the bustling life of Liszt Ferenc square and offers quiet atmosphere. The apartment comprises 3 rooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed and it sleeps 5 people. The dining area is together with the kitchen which is separated from the other rooms and it is equipped with all necessary tools to cook and electrical appliances as refrigerator, oven, micro-wave oven, kettle, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee machine and mixer is provided. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, dvd player and hi-fi stereo system for our guests entertainment. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Location & Area
The apartment is located at Liszt Ferenc pedestrian square, next to Oktogon square in district 6. The area is truly the center of Budapest with the superb Art Nouveau Music Academy at one end and the fabulous UNESCO’s World Heritage Andrassy avenue at the other end. The tree filled square is surrounded by a wonderful selection of cafés and restaurants offering the opportunity to eat outside spring, summer and autumn. Liszt Ferenc square is the biggest café and restaurant center of the city. This is the high-end of Budapest, Andrassy Avenue is one of the main high street shopping areas of the city. The apartment is a stone throw away from the House of Opera, the Music Academy, the Heroes’ square, the Szechenyi bath and the famous museum called the House of Terror. From here all transport routes including tram, metro, buses and main line train stations can be reached easily. It is an ideal base to operate from if you want to be right in the heart of Budapest and explore all that it has to offer.
