The Opera Apartment I is a modern Penthouse on the 6th floor with elevator. It extends to 130 m2 and offers 3 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has been equipped with the most modern household appliences and home entertainment devices that will make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have HD TV, dvd player, stereos and wifi internet to entertain you, while you will also find a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, oven, micro wave, iron and hair dryer in the apartment. The best feature of the apartment is undeniably the huge terraces that offer you views over the city. Outside can enjoy the sunbed and spend your meal on the terrace, while watching Budapest from the top.
Location & Area
The Opera Apartments is newly built complex in the heart of the 6th District in O utca offering 1 to 3 bedroom apartments. This is the entertainment centre of the city, restaurants, bars, clubs, the Opera House, Operette Thetre is all within the immediate area. Andrassy Avenue lies immediately next to the apartment an avenue that offers international designer brands being the main shopping area of the city. Liszt Ferenc square and Nagymezo utca with the Moulin Rouge is also within 3 minutes walking distance. There are super markets, bakeries and all means of public transportation within the close proximity.
